Bizcap Review UK 2026: Rates, Fees and Who It Really Suits
Bizcap lends £5,000 to £1,000,000 over 3 to 12 months, approves in as little as 3 hours, and asks for just 4 months of trading and £12,000 of monthly revenue, with bad credit accepted. What it does not publish is any pricing at all: the factor rate and establishment fee appear only in your offer. This review sets out what Bizcap does publish, checked against its own pages in September 2026, and the three things to look at before signing.

Who Bizcap is
Bizcap is an Australian-founded lender, started in 2019, that has expanded into New Zealand, the UK, Singapore and Europe, with over £3 billion funded globally across more than 100,000 small business loans on its own figures. Its pitch to the UK market is speed and open-mindedness: conditional offers without a credit check, bad credit accepted, and funding measured in hours. Its UK Trustpilot profile is still young, showing 3.7 from 22 reviews when we checked in September 2026, while the group's larger global profile scores 4.8 from around 680.
The range covers Fast Business Loans of £5,000 to £150,000, Small Business Loans to £500,000, secured loans of £30,000 to £1,000,000, a line of credit to £500,000, and short bridging of under 12 weeks. Standard terms run 3 to 12 months, repaid by daily or weekly direct debit. In practice Bizcap competes in the same lane as a merchant cash advance: short money, fast decisions, priced by a factor rate rather than an annual interest rate.

Figures checked September 2026 against the sources listed at the end of this page. Lender terms change without notice, and the price an individual business is offered depends on its own profile.
The pricing you cannot see, and how to handle it
Bizcap is upfront about its criteria and silent about its cost, which is the norm in factor-rate lending: none of the major UK cash advance lenders publishes rates either. A factor rate fixes the total repayable on day one, so a 1.3 factor on £50,000 means £65,000 back regardless of how fast you clear it, unless a discount is agreed. That makes three questions worth asking before signing any Bizcap offer. First, the total repayable in pounds, including the establishment fee. Second, what the early settlement discount would actually be, in writing. Third, what the daily or weekly debit does to your quiet weeks, because a fixed daily payment has none of the flex of a card-split advance that takes a percentage of takings. Our cost calculator turns any factor-rate offer into pounds and an equivalent annual cost in seconds.
Eligibility: genuinely wide, and priced accordingly
Four months of trading and £12,000 of monthly revenue is one of the lowest published bars in the UK market, and the bad-credit acceptance is stated rather than implied. That is the product's honest value: it says yes to businesses that mainstream lenders decline, quickly, with light documentation at smaller sizes. The price of that yes is carried in the factor rate, and businesses with clean credit and a year or more of trading will usually beat a Bizcap offer elsewhere on cost. If that is you, start with our business loans guide before taking the fastest offer on the table.
The security position deserves equal attention. Personal guarantees may be taken from directors, standard for this market, and above £30,000 Bizcap states it takes a charge over the assets of the borrower and its guarantors. A fast loan wearing an unsecured label can therefore end up better secured than the marketing reads. Our personal guarantee guide covers what signing actually commits you to.
Where Bizcap fits, and where it does not
The fit is a business that needs money in days, has the revenue to carry daily or weekly debits, and either cannot wait for or cannot pass a mainstream assessment: a stock opportunity with a deadline, an emergency repair, a tax bill that has already turned urgent. Our emergency funding page covers that decision properly. The poor fit is a business that is paid monthly, needs the money for longer than a year, or qualifies for cheaper term lending and is simply tempted by the speed.
Against a card-split merchant cash advance, the trade is certainty against flex: Bizcap's direct debits are fixed and predictable, an advance moves with your takings. Against term lenders such as Fleximize or Funding Circle, the trade is speed and acceptance against price and term length.
How CapExpand fits in
Bizcap is one of the lenders on our panel. CapExpand is a commercial finance introducer, not a lender: we put a business's case to the lenders on our panel whose criteria fit, Bizcap among them, and the lender makes its own assessment and decision. We currently work with UK limited companies and LLPs only, for business and commercial purposes. The service costs the business nothing; the lender pays us a commission if a deal completes. The full panel is set out in our lender directory, and the mechanics on our how we work page.
Frequently asked questions
What interest rate does Bizcap charge?
Bizcap does not publish rates. It prices with a factor rate, a fixed fee applied over the term of the loan, plus an establishment fee agreed up front, and states that the rate depends on the business’s creditworthiness, the loan duration and what the money is for. The only way to know your price is to get an offer, so compare it in pounds against alternatives before signing.
What are Bizcap’s eligibility criteria?
The published requirements are unusually low for the UK market: an active Company Registration Number, at least 4 months of trading, and a minimum monthly revenue of £12,000. Bizcap states it accepts applicants with bad credit and can give a conditional offer without running a credit check. Newer businesses are usually asked for around five months of trading history.
How much can I borrow from Bizcap?
As published: Fast Business Loans run £5,000 to £150,000, Small Business Loans £5,000 to £500,000, secured loans £30,000 to £1,000,000, and the Line of Credit up to £500,000. Standard terms are 3 to 12 months. This is short-term lending; it is not built for money you need over several years.
How are Bizcap loans repaid?
By daily or weekly direct debits from the business bank account, excluding weekends and holidays. That cadence suits businesses with money arriving most days, such as hospitality and retail, and suits invoice-led businesses with monthly receipts far less. Check the repayment schedule against how cash actually lands in your account before committing.
Can I repay Bizcap early, and does it save money?
Bizcap publishes no early repayment fees and says it can offer discounts to businesses that settle early. That matters because a factor rate fixes the total repayable on day one; without a discount, early settlement saves nothing. The size of any discount is agreed per case rather than published, so ask for it in writing before you draw down.
Is Bizcap lending really unsecured?
Read the security section before assuming so. Bizcap states it may take personal guarantees from directors, and that for loans above £30,000 it will take a charge over the assets of the borrower and its guarantors. That is more security than the fast-loan marketing suggests, and a director should treat it as seriously as any secured facility.
How fast does Bizcap pay out?
Bizcap quotes approvals in as little as 3 hours with same-day funding on its fast product, and funding within 24 to 48 hours across the range. Speed is the product’s core promise and the main thing you are paying for; a business that can wait a week or two usually has cheaper options.
