I founded CapExpand because I saw too many business owners getting pushed into funding products that didn't fit. I wanted to build an introducer where a dedicated account manager actually explains your options and tells you straight.
Dedicated account management
When you apply, your dedicated account manager reviews your details, finds suitable options from our lender panel, and calls you back directly. There's no queue, no script, and no being passed between departments.
We're selective about the cases we take on. If we genuinely think we can help, we'll explain things properly rather than rushing you through a process. If we can't, we'll tell you.
How we work
We start by understanding your business - trading history, monthly turnover, urgency, and what repayment structure you can realistically manage.
Then we introduce you to suitable options from our lender panel and explain the details in plain language, including cost and timeline.
You get straightforward updates throughout. If we don't think something is right for your business, we'll tell you.
