How we work
Every enquiry is handled by a named case handler who understands the case. We start by looking at your trading history, turnover, and what you actually need. Then we put your case to the lenders on our panel whose criteria you fit and set out every option in plain language.
The same person stays with you from start to finish. No scripts, no passing you between departments. If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you on the first call.
