What is the secure fee? Every transaction includes a small secure fee that powers Dojo's real-time fraud detection system. When a card is flagged as suspicious across the Dojo network of 49M+ cardholders, the terminal automatically prompts for PIN instead of contactless, reducing chargebacks and protecting your business from fraud. This replaces what other providers call an "authorisation fee", but with Dojo you get active fraud prevention built in.
Stuck in a contract? We'll buy you out. And you've got contract options with us.
Up to £3,000 contract buyout for high-turnover businesses (£12,500+/month). Up to £500 for standard turnover. Most go on a 12-month agreement; higher-turnover businesses can stay contract-free. We talk you through the options.
